I have hundreds of tears on my keyboard, cause people tell their story's everyday,

Some make me laugh, and some make me sad,

But some also give me comfort on a dreary day!

One young lady talks about her father,

who passed on a few years ago,

How proud, she being his daughter,

Her words really did show!

She shared a video,

Of his life and special moments,

But how little did she know,

That her many memories

Had in my life, become my torments!

Sometimes life is just so unfair, and we don't understand why,

So the pain never goes away, it just sits there until something makes me cry.

Thank God for crying,

I don't know what I would do, if I could not cry.

It is therapeutic,

If we could not, it would probably make us sick,

or maybe even die!

For me, crying is like an erupting volcano,

That has finally been allowed to burst,

It has churned and churned for who knows why, I guess it really could be worse!

I wonder why we don't see too many men break down and cry!

Maybe it's because they were told not to cry,but they would feel much better if they did!

Their a big boy now, not a kid!

Who made that rule?

It goes against the grain!

God gave us the ability to cry, and we feel better getting rid of the pain.

Isn't it pain, that has bottled up inside?

Which builds up like a storm, that creates a high tide!

That's all that crying is, it is pain at high tide!

And we need to go with the flow!

Even though life and its problems are the reason why, we need to let it go!

Why do you think the Lord collects our tears?

Does it mean some significant thing?

A drop of DNA in a bottle!

What information might that bring!

I know my tears have been collected, many bottles they have filled.

Someday I will know the reason why, and the moment when they are spilled.

Tears are full of feelings and emotions, like a wet towel when rung out!

But if you are not allowed to show them, one day you will begin to scream and shout!

So don't hold back those tears, go ahead and have a good cry!

The angels will come and get them, and put them in a bottle in the sky.

Oh yes, there is a place there, we just can't see it now.

God has a special place for them, only for us, he will allow!

Many peoples cups are filled up, with no where to put the extra tears,

Or maybe they just never had any empathy, throughout their life long years.

There are so many reasons why we cry,

Like loosing a loved one when they die.

Or watching a child suffer and can't explain to them why.

Some of us cry when we are happy, the feelings of joy just comes bursting out.

You feel like your on top of the world, you hoop and holler and shout.

And of course we all cry when at last, the pain of child birth has passed.

And all we have just gone through, has brought tears and joy,

to have a healthy little girl or boy!

Yes, thats when we cry!

Sometimes we lie awake in our bed, with feelings of terrior and freight,

Praying to God to get us through the night!

Then finally there is the time when we come to God on bended knees,

And that's the time when we cry, that He is well pleased!

God does not like to see a child suffer, it does not matter what age you are!

He looks at you through His Golden light, and He see's you as a shining star.

How to deal with People who Hates you

Let’s face it; people who hate on other people are everywhere. Some people feel like they have the right to hate on others for various reasons. Some think that they can hate based on religion, race or whatever. Hating gets you nowhere and can only hurt you in the long run. It is important to recognize that some people will hate you no matter what. It is just the world we live in. You can’t live to please everyone and for that reason you have to realize that people will hate you regardless.

Self-confidence is one of the most important aspects of our daily lives yet many of us often struggle to find the confidence we need to achieve our ambitions. Unfortunately for many people, a lack of self-confidence can result in self-doubt which leads to the belief that the confidence needed is to never be found. This then affects people's ability to become successful.

We all know of someone who is a confident speaker, charismatic and who seems to raise the morale as soon as they walk into the room. Someone who grabs everybody's attention and seems to put everyone in a good mood. Someone who holds people's attention and always manages to get their point across. These people tend to have qualities that everyone admires and they manage to successfully build trusting relationships with people.

If such a person was to speak at a conference or provide a talk they would come across as being professional, assertive and they would be listened to and taken seriously but if the person giving that conference was being given by someone who appeared nervous and lacking in self-confidence and who was overly apologetic it would give the impression that they do not have confidence in what they are saying.

Self-confident people tend to inspire self-confidence in others and gaining the confidence others helps them to become more successful at what they do. Fortunately, confidence is a learned behaviour and so anyone can learn to become more confident in themselves.

Building Self-Confidence

The amount of self-confidence a person has shows in many ways including through posture, body language and how they speak.

Differences between self-confidence and a lack of self-confidence:

Self-confident:

• Does what they believe is right despite being ridiculed or criticized for it.
• Is willing to take risks and go the extra mile.
• Admits their mistakes and sees them as an opportunity to learn from those mistakes.

Lack of self-confidence:

• Cares too much about what other people think.
• Fears taking risks and working outside of their comfort zone.
• Covers up mistakes and hopes they can be repaired before anyone notices.

Not Too Much

Although it's important to be self-confident, it's also just as important no to be over-confident. People who are overly self-confident come across as being smarmy and insincere in their intentions and their ways and may be perceived as a threat. Nobody likes a know-it-all.

It's important to learn how to maintain a balance between not having enough self-confidence and being overly self-confident. You need to base your self-confidence on your true genuine skills, achievements and abilities and your confidence needs to be grounded in reality.

One good way of achieving self-confidence is by modeling yourself on someone who is already confident and successful at what they do. You would simply watch how they deliver their speeches at conferences or how they act in group settings and then model your own behaviour on theirs - you put yourself in their shoes and act as though you are them by adopting their behaviours and mannerisms. However, this shouldn't be taken too literally, you don't want to pretend to be them. In addition, the following series of steps can help you to achieve self-confidence.

1. Reflect on your achievements.

What skills, ambitions and desires have you already achieved in your life so far? Can you speak clearly and get an idea across? That's one skill you have - good communication skills. Have you ever completed a training course or learned to play an instrument? That's another skill and another achievement. Have you ever utilized those skills as part of a job? If so that's another achievement. Do not be tempted to underestimate yourself. Maybe at some point you did something that resulted in a key achievement or in a positive outcome for the business. These are all small successes that make you who you are - you are multi-talented and multi-skilled.

You should write down all of the achievements you have made in your life, no matter how small, and reflect on them regularly. You will be surprised just how many achievements and skills you really have.

2. Think about what you want in life and where you want to go.

By visualizing and thinking clearly about the things we want in life and imagining what it's like to already have them as crystal clear as possible, we increase the likelihood of us going on to achieve those things. This partly comes down to something called the fundamental law of attraction. In addition, it's important to genuinely desire those things so that we can set goals and work towards them. The idea is to identify your strengths and weaknesses and set goals that accentuate your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. However, it's also important to realize that achievements must be worked towards step by step, preferably is as small steps as possible.

3. Work towards self-discipline

Try to expel any negative thinking from your life, it's all too easy to believe that certain achievements are too difficult to accomplish and this causes self-doubt which places limitations on our ability to attain those achievements. For example, many people believe that the music industry is just way too competetive and although it's true that the music industry is very competetive it's those musicians who think and act positively, regularly visualize what it's like to have those things, act confidently and do not let any negativity wear them down that go on to achieve success.

4. Improve your posture.

The way that you carry yourself actually makes a profound difference to your mental state. The body and mind are one system and one cannot be affected without affecting the other. By adopting a good posture and standing (and walking) with your shoulders back, your head up and your back straight you will develop more self-esteem. Self-esteem and self-efficacy both contribute towards self-confidence. We gain self-efficacy when we go on to successfully master new skills and make new achievements and this makes us more confident in those areas. This also boosts our self-esteem and makes us feel more proficient and competent in such areas.

5. Prepare yourself and accelerate.

Once you have a crystal clear image of what you want to achieve, you need to ensure that you have the skills to achieve those things. This may result in the necessity for a learning curve but as long as things are taken step by step there is no reason why this learning curve cannot be accomplished. Make small steps to push yourself to become better at what you do. Practice makes perfect and anyone can continuously push themselves to become better at something with the right motivation and drive.

Stretch yourself and prove what you are capable of. Once you start to push yourself and begin to realize your ambitions in life and start to turn them into a reality your confidence in yourself will begin to increase and your body language, behaviour and the way you talk will become more assertive - you will seem like you have more trust in yourself (and you will).

How I Made $10,000 Online From The Internet By Working At Home

Firstly, I don't want the title of this article to be too misleading and so I will admit that although I have indeed made $10,000 online from the internet by working at home this most certainly did not happen overnight. It was not something that happened suddenly and it was something I worked very hard to achieve. I also do not have the $10,000 any more! In 2005 I lost my job and so any extra penny I could earn made a difference and in 2007 I turned to the internet for help.

Many of us dream of being able to work from home and end up turning to the internet in the hope that it can provide a solution. However, making money on the internet is no easy task and it takes time. In addition, despite what you may believe, I am not currently living in secure accommodation. I am renting a spare room in a private house which is currently up for sale and so, soon, I have to move on.

Music

Slicethepie

Ever since the age of eight I have been a musician and music has been my main passion in life. I always dreamt of working full-time in the music business but this would never bring in a full-time wage. I guess my timing was good because I was willing to do absolutely anything related to music in any way, I just love music, and just as I turned to the internet it just so happened that there was somewhat of a pardigm shift happening.

Slicethepie, a new music analytics service and financing engine had recently been started which gained widespread attention. Not only were they offering unsigned musicians a chance to raise £15,000 ($30,000) to record and release a new album by selling pre-orders but they were also offering fans the opportunity to invest financially in their favourite bands. They also boasted the world's only music stock exchange where fans could trade in and out of contracts at any time. It was perfect for me and I absolutely loved it... while it lasted.

Because Slicethepie were such a young site they were paying extremely high rates of pay to users to review, judge and rate music tracks from upcoming unsigned artists and this is how I earned the first chunk of money that I ever earned on the internet. Initially it was possible to earn over £150 ($300) per week, although the idea was that users would invest some of that money in the artists (thereby financing the production of their albums).

Furthermore, I managed to make a significant amount of profit by trading in and out of contracts on Slicethepie's trading exchange. One band who went on the become signed by a record label, Scars On 45, earned a 400%+ profit for their contract holders at Slicethepie and so my first $1,000 was made from Slicethepie.

Unfortunately, as Slicethepie expanded to a global audience the legal implications meant that the trading exchange had to be shut down. The currency was changed to dollars and as more and more people joined the site the payment rates started to decrease. Payment rates are now fairly low but Slicethepie have become a major player in the music industry and have developed many partnerships such as with Pledge Music, which is also becoming one of the major players in the digital music industry. However, I still use Slicethepie to earn a few extra pennies and find new artists.

Music X-Ray

Through a partnership with Slicethepie I was made aware of new music industry website Music X-Rayand managed to earn a few extra dollars by writing reviews of and judging songs by unsigned artists. Music X-Ray paid fairly decent rates which increased with the more experience you had. Although Music X-Ray are still paying they have recently made changes to their system and it's now more difficult to reach payout. However, this is how I earned my second chunk of money from the internet.

Reviews & Writing

As I started to realize that consumer research and people's opinions were of monetary value on the internet I started to think more about words. I have qualifications in both English Language and Keyboard Skills and I am computer literate and so I thought it would be a good idea to combine those skills. I continued to use both Slicethepie and Music X-Ray and still do to this day but decided to have a good at writing consumer reviews atDooyoo where at the time, Dooyoo were paying £50p ($1) per review plus a small bonus for each user who read the review. I managed to earn several hundred pounds (dollars) there.

Eventually, I posted many of the reviews I had written (many of which were of music albums) at another similar consumer review website called Ciao. I am still writing at Ciao which is a potentially well-paying site. I recently published a review at Ciao of Google's new Nexus 7 tablet PC and in addition to receiving the normal rates of pay I won an extra £10 ($20) for the review.

Hubpages

I'd always thought about writing a book at some point in my life, I have a lot of experiences, opinions and a lot to say. I started looking for a way of doing so and initially I found Helium. Although I earned a reasonable amount of money for my articles at Helium they refused to ever pay me and so I searched for a different site. This is when I found Hubpages and although I got off to a slow start, Hubpages has turned out to be the best and highest paying website that I have stumbled upon so far. Integrating your Hubpages account with your Adsense account and using eBay capsules on your hubs is extremely effective in my experience.

Freelance Work

Although I had found things which I loved that I was making money by doing, I continued to try to expand in the hope of maybe some day turning it into a full-time job. I have many skills and so I started searching for work and made myself available on many freelance and mini-freelance websites where I managed to attain some work. I managed to sell copies of some of the music tracks I had written and people started hiring me to write music for their projects. In addition, I was paid to do some audio mastering and to rewrite articles. The work tends to be irregular but it's a nice but of additional income when it happens.

My Blog

Seeing as I was listening to so many new and often unheard of bands, I decided to start a rock music blog which soon developed a following. Although I am not so active at this blog any more it has made me quite a few extra pennies and something which I enjoyed doing. Eventually, it got to the point where artists were paying me to post their music on my blog and get me to review their material.

Pledge Music

Sites like Pledge Music are helping to revolutionize the music industry and are helping artist and fan go into business with each other, whether signed or unsigned. Many artists are now using Pledge Music to finance the production of their albums by selling pre-orders to fans who are then entitled to exclusive rewards. Many of these exclusive rewards, and some of the albums, are never ever made available commercially and so they go on to become high in monetary value.

I have recently invested in six albums which, in total, cost just £44 and have all sold for near £100 each on eBay because they are no longer available commercially...

and that is how I made $10,000 online.
